The Plan for Year 2 1). Proposed Specialist Practice for Year 2 For my FMP this year, I plan to create a short film based around a storyline. The genres that I plan to incorporate into the storyline of my short film are romance, comedy and drama. To prepare for writing the script for the film, I have watched lectures on YouTube from screenwriters who have written films and TV shows that blend together all these genres, in order to help give me an idea of how to structure my script. Secondly, I have researched into typical features of the romcom genre by looking at how different films and TV shows have kept audiences interested by showing how these couples overcome issues within their relationship. Thirdly, I have researched the target audience for the genres of my film to ensure that I include elements of what this particular audience likes to see such as happiness.  2).
